Damaged & Missing Shipment Policy

Our goal is to safely and securely package all shipments and utilize reliable and reputable means to make sure that your game arrives to you in pristine condition, however from time-to-time packages get dinged, or dented in the shipping process.
We want to know when that happens and will work with your to insure that you are happy with the game you receive and if we need to evaluate our shipping processes.
For damaged shipments:
  • Please contact josh@powertothemeeple.com within 30 days of receipt of the damaged item. You will not receive credit for games returned without advance authorization or outside of 30 day return window.
  • Items shipped with an insured method of shipping will have to go through the shipper's insurance submission process in order to issue an exchange item. At the discretion of Power to the Meeple an exchange copy may be immediately provided in limited cases.
  • A partial refund or discount on future order may be available for lesser damages or to expedite the process of making things right.
