Our goal is for your shopping experience at Power to the Meeple to go well and we will do everything reasonably within our power to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, this is the real world and sometimes an item may need to be returned.
For all returns:
- Please contact email@example.com within 30 days of purchase to receive return authorization. You will not receive credit for games returned without advance authorization or outside of 30 day return window.
- Returned items must be received by Power to the Meeple in the condition they were shipped. All items must be in their original packaging and unopened (for new items).
- You are responsible for all shipping costs--the returned shipping and the original shipping of the items. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part we will cover the shipping and choose the shipping method.
- An insured means of shipping is recommended. Items lost or damage in shipment back to Power to the Meeple will not be reimbursed.
